New region, South America!
Renamed regions. US_West renamed to NA_West, US_East renamed to NA_East.
Removed regions US2, EU2 and AS2. They are no longer needed with the new servers.
Make sure to restart steam and verify the integrity of the game files, the server may take a few minutes to update.
